Can I change the booking date at the last minute?

Yes you can. if you have a paid reservation and something happens at the last minute, we will move the reservation as you need it. We are human too and we know that life brings a lot of unpredictable events...just let us know in time pls.

Can I bring a pet with me to your Glamping?

Of course, you can. That you even ask :) we love them, and we believe they will behave like their owners :)

When will I receive information about my stay and how can I reach you?

You will receive more detailed information about the accommodation - exact coordinates, a video with all the information about the accommodation approx. 1 week before your arrival.

How do I check in?

We have prepared a complete check-in video for you, according to which you can easily check in.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, if you are staying for 1 night, you will have yogurt, granola, dried fruit, nuts prepared. Coffee and tea are included in the price. A bottle of wine and more...

Is any food included in the accommodation price?

Unfortunately it is not, bring what you like with you. You have a kitchen in the glamping and a Weber gas grill outside on the terrace.

What should I do if something doesn't work or I have a problem?

Call us at +420 732 547 826. We will do our best to solve the problem.

Can I redeem Amazing places gift vouchers with you?

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible.

Can I claim the FKSP employer's contribution with you?

Yes. We will need billing information from you.

Is the entire outdoor wellness included in the price?

Yes, it is at your disposal for the entire duration of your stay. The barrel is still heated to 38C

Can I use the wellness center during my entire stay?

Yes, you can.

How long is the gift voucher valid for?

The gift voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The validity of the gift voucher cannot be extended.
